First I pickup the nut with the screw driver.
Then I push it in to the socket on the bracket.
Then I use the padded handle of my needle nose piers to push it all of the way in.

How i insert a nut in to a bioloid servo bracket.
Including the magnetic phillips screw driver in the bioloid kit was a great idea. The following pictures are how I insert a nut in to a bracket.
First I pickup the nut with the screw driver.
Then I push it in to the socket on the bracket.
Then I use the padded handle of my needle nose piers to push it all of the way in.

Also, for inserting into the motors you can use the tip of the needle nose pliers to push them in. Once done the first time, it becomes easier to insert.
