The head is being controlled by a PS3 game controller!
It is hard to see but this OP has two modes autonomous or remote control by a PS3 game controller.

I do like to think that my Darwin-OP shown here, aptly labeled FR-D1, is somewhat more than stock hardware or software. The beauty of this platform is that you get so much more with opensource; the ease of customization and advancement.
