This looks like both a design flaw and a manufacturing flaw to me. Bending of the plastic during manufacturing causes the plastic to crack overtime. If I had bought a 3200.00 dollar printer and saw this I would be very unhappy! A replacement cover costs over 50.00 dollars too.
This simple to fix issue has me wondering about the whole design of the printer? What other hidden issues and design flaws have not been address by Form1 Labs?
